NEW SHOW AT THE GALLERY

COME AND JOIN US FOR THE "BROMELIADS AND BRUSHES" ART SHOW AND PRESENTATION THIS SATURDAY, MAY 3RD FROM 3-5 PM. IN THE EVENING HOURS, WE WILL PRESENT BROMELIAD GROWER OSCAR ALLEN WHO WILL DEMONSTRATE CARE, PROPOGATION AND CROSSING OF THE PLANTS. PRESENTATION WILL BEGIN @ 6 PM. AND WILL $10 PER PERSON(LIMITED TO 50 PEOPLE). ALL GUESTS AT THE SEMINAR WILL RECEIVE A BROMELIAD AND ALSO HAVE FIRST RIGHT TO BUY THE BROMELIAD WHICH OSCAR WILL BE STARTING THAT EVENING.

BROMELIADS & BRUSHES

The Elsinore Framing & Fine Art in Salem, OR is presenting a very unique show centered around the bromeliad plants featured in the gallery. 12 local artists are submitted their interpretations of the various bromeliads in media varying from oils and pastels to metalwork and clay. The opening will feature these pieces in a reception at the gallery on May 3rd. from 3-5 pm.

Then, at 6 and 7:30pm., the gallery will host Oregon grower Oscar Allen for two plant talks on the bromeliads. Admission for the evening presentations is $10 per ticket and is limited to 50 people per session. Tickets may be obtained at the gallery during their normal business hours: 9-6 M-F, 10-5 SAT.
